How long do I have to request a refund?

You have SEVEN (7) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that, Greeergic will not process a refund request.

How do I request a refund?

Please send an email to greenergic.info@gmail.com for assistance.  Please have your order number and the credit card you used to make your purchase handy.

How is my refund credited?

All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.  

Items Returned by Mail:  If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return.  This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
